When looking for property in Maine we were indeed fortunate to find Vicki Peters at United Country Lifestyle Properties. Working with Vicki Peters was absolutely awe-inspiring.  Since we live in Western, MA, one would think purchasing a property in Lincoln, ME would be difficult and full of crossroads.  Well, this amazing realtor went totally above and beyond our expectations. 

We needed a surveyor.  She not only found us the best in the area, but she set up the appointment for us. He was backed up for a month, yet that bubbly personality of hers got him there that week!   The same with the building inspector and sewer inspector.  She made special trips out to our property for us to make sure the jobs were done properly too.  She is a gem!

 If we could use one word to describe her, it would definitely be “Ethical.”    She plays by the rules and does so with dignity and class.

We were very pleased with Doug Reed’s work on selling our 119 acres of forestland in Dixmont. The promotional material that he prepared was outstanding and the follow-up was excellent. He presented several offers in a clear, organized manner, helped us deal with questions from the title company and stuck with it through thick and thin even when offers didn’t work out.
