While investigating a move to Washington County, I'm sure we put Janine's patience to the test. Yet she fielded every question, offered every resource and made herself available whenever we needed her. She always made us feel as if we were her top priority. She even showed us some homes during Hurricane Arthur because we couldn't bear to miss a weekend with her! Janine knows every nook and cranny of her territory as well as the details of every listing. I recently sold two homes through Lifestyle Properties of Maine and my experience with Peter McPhail was exceptionally positive.  I've used realtors in the past and  never had the level of service I received with Peter.  My situation was fairly complex, and Peter handled all aspects, including meeting several times with the town code officer and surveyor, which included several follow up meetings regarding the many issues that arose.  Through the entire process, he remained in frequent contact with me and often came by to assist with all problems as they came up. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Vicki Peters nearly one year ago while visiting the Lincoln, Maine area. We stopped by her office to preview waterfront listings. Vicki was pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. We had lots of questions. We did view a few properties during that time. Vicki asked if we would like to receive regular listings. Its been almost two months since Vickie completed the sale of our home. She was a pleasure to work with during the whole process. She impressed us during the initial interview and was very proactive as an agent. The first step was setting the price and establishing any options. Local comparative sales were presented as a basis for our listing price. She prepared an excellent handout for interested buyers. As potential buyers viewed the property the feedback was prompt and useful in developing the offering further with possibilities of more or less acreage. We did not use signage in front of the property as it was in rural Maine and advertising a vacant house was not appropriate. Vickie always offered her marketing opinion and pushed back on some of the requests we made. We felt we always came to reasonable decisions on how to proceed. She was diligent in following the agreement with clear communication and documentation. The closing was handled smoothly during our absence using our local attorney.
