Here is my story of my association with Phil McPhail.   We had our property listed for a few year with another agent,  We had very few showings and almost no follow up to the showings.   In late 2025 our listing ran out with the agent we were using and Phil called us and said he would be interested in taking a look at our property and possibly listing it.  We said OK take a look and let us know what you think.  He did look at the property and walked the 16 area boundaries.  He said he was interested in list and selling our property.  We signed a contact with Phil in early January 2026.  Phil went in and took videos, YouTube video and called me.  He said it I do not sell the place this winter he would go back in and take more videos in the Spring.   I thought what is this guy smoking?  How is he going to sell this property that is not plowed out and about a quarter of a mille down a dirt road which has 3 to 4 feet of snow? Well, by the end of January Phil had a cash offer for the property that was within one percent of the asking price which we accepted.

If you need someone who goes the extra mile, Vicki is the person for you! If something could go wrong with trying to sell my house it did. None of it had anything to do with her efforts or mine.
