We employed probably 3-4 Maine realtors BEFORE finding Janine Hawkins. I knew immediately she as going aggressively list and eventually find the right buyer. Took a little time, but it did sell. Janine is VERY responsive via text / call and replied within minutes upon inquiry. We are 6-7 hours away so not able to visit the property often but Janine " showed " the priority to potential buyers w/o our presence. Perfect. As a licensed home inspector in RI, I know how challenging it can be to find a realtor that is as responsive and as professional. Would I recommend? Absolutely. Thanks again Janine!
