I recently worked with Janine Hawkins of United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine to purchase a home in Cutler, Maine. From the very start I knew I found the right real estate agent. She compiled a list of homes that fit the description I was looking for, had all the data sheets when I got there (flew up from Houston) and proceeded to give me a grand tour of Maine in the early month of March. A most enjoyable two days with a person who knows her territory and I think just about all the people that live in down east Maine. When I made my decision she had the sales contracts signed in a timely manner (over night) and was a great arbitrator between myself and the seller. This was especially true when the financing became a drawn out process and patience was needed. And did I say she is fun person to work with? If you want to know about the area you are moving into she is full of information and on the rare occasions she doesn't know she finds out. I would not hesitate to use her in the future for all my real estate needs.

Peter is great he is knowledgeable, patient, calm, and personable. He helped my husband and I make the process of buying and closing on our home as stress-free as possible!
