Phil McPhail is the listing broker for my parent's house and we are so impressed with the way he listed the property. The property is 48 acres and he uses a drone to go throughout the property and show all the beautiful features on the land. The drone video is something that photographs cannot compare with. He also uses a 3-D model of the house that gives someone a very accurate feel for the inside of the house as well as the entire property. Phil and his wife Carmen work as a team.
