Why Work With Us?

Phil made this process painless. I can honestly say I would not have been able to buy my dream property without all of his help. He went way above and beyond what others would have.

Spencer will show you properties across the state he is not afraid to get mud on his tires.

Spencer’s knowledge of land and real estate is top-notch. He truly cares about the people that he works with and is highly respected. Whether it is land or a home, there is no one else I’d trust to help me throughout the process.

Peter was so helpful and informative! An awesome agent to work with!

Vicki Peters Munson, our realtor, went above and beyond, in my opinion, to do the best she could in the sale of our home in Lee, ME. We will be grateful for all she did. Whether you are selling a home or looking to purchase, you won't go wrong by having Vicki as your realtor.

Vicki did a great job for us. Answered all our questions in a timely fashion . She did more then we expected.

My sisters and I had a great experience with United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine. Emily Pond is amazing and very knowledgeable. She sold me a property and assisted in the sale of some land in Bradford, ME. Hope to do more business in the near future. Thanks!

I truly enjoy working with Peter, he is extremely knowledgeable of the Great State of Maine, and knows his product!

It was great working with Peter McPhail over the past year in searching for a property. He was a great source of guidance in helping us to select a property. Peter's has been very responsive to our numerous questions and even after the purchase of our property has been available to help us locate resources. Finally, Peter has exceeded our expectations as an agent being that we are purchasing the property from out of state, he would go properties of interest and send us video's with narratives about the property. I would highly recommend Peter for anyone's real estate needs.

Peter McPhail went above and beyond our expectations in helping us with our property search! We were trying to do this entire process from out of state (a daunting process) but he went out of his way to go out and look at properties, send us videos, and offer much needed advice and guidance. He is even continuing to help us with some things after the completion of the sale of our property! I would highly recommend him as a realtor and United Country Lifestyle Properties as a company to anyone looking for good service.
