Billy Started his real estate journey coordinating residential Appraisals for an AMC and has an exceptional understanding of what it takes to put together a home loan. Graduating from UMA he is also an avid mycologist, with a love for exploring the rural woods of Maine.

With the help of our very own Carmen McPhail, Billy recently purchased his first home in Dexter and has been excited to share his experience with others ever since. Being centrally located in Maine, gives him the convenience of reaching all the state’s best attractions and you will often find him admiring the local lighthouses or driving north for a quiet afternoon at camp.

Billy’s can-do attitude and passion for making sure people are comfortable is exactly what you want when buying your first home, or your next vacation property. Currently the VP of client services at VSAMC, customer service is always his primary goal, and he is happy to stop and talk any time of the day
