Steve is a lifelong resident of Hancock County and both an Associate Broker and Licensed Forester, offering clients a unique combination of local knowledge and professional expertise in land and residential property transactions. Licensed as a forester since 2006, he has provided comprehensive forestry services throughout Eastern Maine in a variety of roles, including operations forester, consulting forester, and with the Maine Forest Service.

Over the course of his career, Steve has worked with small family forest owners, large industrial landowners, and local land trusts, giving him a broad understanding of land management, conservation, and property value.

In 2022, Steve obtained his real estate license, bringing the same dedication, integrity, and client-focused approach that has defined his forestry career into his real estate practice. By combining his professional forestry background with deep local insight, he helps clients confidently achieve their real estate goals.

A native and current resident of Ellsworth, Steve lives with his wife, Liz, and their three children. Together, they enjoy exploring the region’s mountains and lakes, being part of a close-knit community, and embracing the exceptional quality of life that Downeast Maine offers.
