The recreational opportunities to be enjoyed from the property are numerous.  Signs of whitetail deer, moose, grouse and black bear are found on the property.  Just a few feet from this location is Hall Brook.  You will find pan sized brook trout if you explore the shadowy pools and riffles along the course of Hall Brook.  Just 1 mile from the property you will find the headwaters of Hall Brook which is the 38-acre Hall Pond.  Hall Pond is a trout pond and has a maximum depth of 39 feet and its cool temperatures make it a healthy fishery for brook trout.  This pond is just 1 mile from the property so in just a few minutes you could launch a canoe for an afternoon paddle searching for a limit of trout.
